“Aloha, It’s the Spirit of Kauai!” Gurudeva worked closely with the Vision Kauai group on promoting the Aloha spirit on Kauai. One great thing he did was to inspire Larry Rivera to turn it into a song. We put this into sheet music and had CD’s made and now it is sung around the island.

Bodhinatha arrived home from Vancouver this afternoon. It was a short but dynamic trip to Edmonton and Vancouver, keeping the Aadheenam in close touch with the Sri Lankan devotees in those two cities.

The big news from the Siddhidata Kulam is the raising up of course 26.
Sadhaka Nilakantha loading sand to be hoisted aloft to fill the center of the sanctum space as the silpis work…
We were fortunate to have a break today from the showers we’ve been having.

The next stone is rigged and ready to go up.
Larry is a real master of his crane.
It’s as if the stones are coming down from the heavens.
This is an octagonal course. There is one more above this and then the capstone goes up.
We are about 25 feet above ground here…
And, the last stone goes in…
The news is the next container has left Honolulu and will arrive tomorrow or the next day. It contains stones for the next course. It won’t be long and the Vimanam will be done!
