Our mighty Siddhidata Kulam have brought in another abundant garden harvest. Believe it or not this food will be almost completley used up in the next two days.

Not hard to believe at all, with 24 hard-working monks and several equally hard-working TaskForcers to feed! Kauai’s natural bounty notwithstanding, the miracle is that the monks are able to grow so much of their own food.

Fresh organic produce direct from the garden : result of the monks’ & taskforce members’ toil in Siva’s land to be self sufficient. Diligence gets rewarded. Great example.

Has the Addheenam ever put out a cookbook? It looks like one of the photos shows harvested sweet potato leaves. We grow lots of sweet potatoes too but haven’t eaten the leaves. We’re wondering how they are prepared.
