Bodhinatha's presentation is based on the Oct/Nov/Dec 2015 Hinduism Today edition and is entitled "The Journey to Liberation". Bodhinatha highlights the mystical view that each time a soul takes birth into a physical body, it gets closer and closer to liberation. The path to liberation is three-fold: (1) performance of dharma well (2) resolving karmas and not creating unwanted experiences (3) realising God. In order to attain spiritual maturity and unfoldment, regular practice of worship, introspection, affirmation and study is required.
