Who is the Doer after Realization?

When the soul is young and just beginning, it thinks that it is the doer of all its deeds. After the realization of the Self, do we still feel that we do?

Unedited Transcript:

The question is: "The young soul, emanating from Lord Siva, does he know he is a young soul and that he comes from Lord Siva?( and)He thinks that he is doing everything. But, when he realizes the Self, does he think that he is also the doer?"

Coming out of the Self, you realize the totality of everything is within you. But, the wonderful Saiva Siddhanta philosophy is that in daily life, we are worshiping Siva outside. In yoga, we are becoming Siva inside. That balance keeps us progressing on the spiritual path in a beautiful, harmonious and consistent way.

We are now going to go to the Iraivan Temple foundation and all the dirt that has been weighing down the foundation is being removed. We'll see that and we are going to have a nice parade. Let's be on our way. We'll let the Swamis be on their way first.

Rishis proclaim that we are not our body, mind or emotions. We are divine souls on a wondrous journey. We came from God, live in God and are evolving into oneness with God. We are, in truth, the Truth we seek. Aum.
