Satguru Bodhinatha Veylanswami's presentation on a topic entitled "Effort" is in two parts. Part 1 focuses on the real spirit of the MasterCourse, as expounded by Gurudeva in his Introduction to Dancing with Siva. Our goal is to strive to achieve perfection in all our endeavours, practices and seek to better ourselves each time. By making steady progress, we transform ourselves and unfold spiritually.
