An abbreviated daily regimen designed for those who find that today's busy life allows little or no time for introspection. The ten minute spiritual workout devised by Satguru Bodhinatha consists of four activities namely worship (repeating a mantra and offering grains of rice to a chosen deity), introspection (chanting mantra Aum 9 times), affirmation (three fold key of thinking of the positive statement, visualing the desired outcome and feeling) and study. Benefits of the ten-minute spiritual workout include increased devotion of God, calm mind and development of intuitive nature whilst being elevated to the higher chakras, self confidence and knowledge of Hindu religion.
