Practice of contemplation leads the soul to a deep cognition of the mind. Meditating near an anthill, a pure-hearted rāja yogī, quieting emotions and resolving past karmas, has grown long locks, which symbolically enfold a grace-giving Lord Śiva, indicating that Śiva is within him.§
