Gurudeva's Statement -- Attack on America
Yogaswami once wrote to a devotee:
Sivamayam
"Thou art not the body ; nor art thou the mind. Neither art thou intelligence nor even consciousness. Thou art Atma. Atma is eternal, imperishable. Such is the realised experience of the seers. However, there is one thing you should bear in mind. Do not swerve from the path of Dharma. Reflect that all beings are in the hallowed presence of the Supreme One. Kaduval is within and without."

Here is Satguru Bodhinatha Veylanswami who is delighting everyone with his wonderful manner and calm, disciplined approach to managing the monastery. He has a giant responsibility as Gurudeva's successor and all the monks are 100% behind him. Gurudeva said in the days prior to his final departure, in answer to many questions the monks asked of him: "You will have to work that out with Bodhinatha... I will be projecting myself through him."

As many of you may know by now, Hinduism Today has become a quarterly magazine... the coming March, April, May issue will be a complete memorial issue to Gurudeva. The monks are involved in a massive project going through 170 binders of photos which have photos all the way from 1927... when Gurudeva was born. In addition we have approximately 24,800 of more digital photos in our digital archive... From these we will choose the best of the best to tell the story of Gurudeva's life and mission. This will also serve as preliminary research for a future book.
