An upadesha by Bodhinatha describing Gurudeva's most important teaching: God realiation as the foremost goal of life. Deep inside we are perfect this very moment and have to live up to that perfection. Gurudeva's teachings are unique and outline the different benefits of temple worship: personal darshan; problem solving; uplifted in consciousness. The Pancha Nitya Karma place strong emphasis on temple worship and identify 3 main duties of a person: perform puja daily; attend temple once a week and pilgrimage once a year. This is the foundation of Saiva Siddhantha.
