A Color Meditation


Sit down, turn off the TV, breath deeply and regularly, quiet your mind, just a little, and then listen to Gurudeva guide you gently through a Color Meditation for 10 minutes. Learn to visualize, or call to mind, specific colors at will, and in the process gain a little more control over your mind, and feel your nerve system become quieter.
