Getting up early for sadhana

A cyberspace devotee from London wonders how he can get up early in the morning to do sadhana and yet maintain that high energy throughout the day. Gurudeva suggests that the way to do this is to get up early.

To live positively in the conscious mind each day, exercise at least a half hour. Keep the vital energies of the body high and healthy. Eat simply and follow a vegetarian diet, feeding the stomach rather than the mouth.
