From cyberspace, Uttar Pradesh in India. "It is very difficult, finding a proper time for meditation. Living with my family, interruptions keep coming up all of the time. What can I do about that?"

Your problem is not unique. But, you do find time for eating. Your family understands that and they don't interrupt you while you are eating. Your personal time of meditation is extremely important. Choose your time for meditation and explain to every member of the family what you are doing. Encourage them to join you. Then sit up straight, close your eyes and perform your meditation. Don't get distracted.

You can do it. I know you can.

What do we mean when we say there is no good and no bad, only experience? We mean that in the highest sense, there is no good and bad karma; there is self-created experience that presents opportunities for spiritual advancement.
