A Mother’s Visit and Blessings

One of the monks’ many mothers has arrived from the Northwest. It is always a blessing to have our mother’s blessings! Welcome back to Kauai, Amma Vicki.

Click here for a slide show of the story of Vicki Hamilton’s gift to the monastery.

Thank you Amma, for giving a beautiful and precious gift, your blessings and your son to the Monastery. Aum Sivaya.

Wow! Dear Amma Vicki, what a lovely gift – and what a wonderful handcraft! I tried pottery some years ago and can definitelly evaluate how difficult it is to produce pieces so perfect and even as these cups. Congratulations!
Now, I have to confess that knowing you are there with our “kids” makes me wish I were there too! – it´s been almost a year since my visit, and I miss them all! Please give all of them a big kiss from
    Amma Debora
